Overview
The parking operation, serving three levels at 1255 Sheppard Ave East will operate with Pay & Display machines for visitors and hang tags for monthly staff and students. There is a Pay and Display Unit on the entry island equipped only with a Keyscan reader and pin pad. Both types of equipment will be managed by Precise ParkLink Inc. on behalf of CCNM.
The parking lot consists of three levels. On the upper level there is signed stalls for the short term visitor and the Breastfeeding unit. There are three handicap stalls visibly signed and painted.
We will utilize the PreciseParklink.com web page for parkers to communicate changes and access information on parking. As well, PPL will issue PINS to approved departments. The management will advise as to which users can purchase pins for guests.

Pay & Display Repairs (P & D)
For any issues arising from the P & D machines, security will test machine and verify issue then email eservice@precisebi.com. A technician will be dispatched to the site to complete any repairs. An email confirmation will be sent back confirming the service request. A list of machines on location has been provided.
Each machine is labeled with a 10 digit number for identification purposes. Please provide the first four digits when reporting an issue or concern. If specific details about the malfunction are available, please include them in the service request.
For example, Machine 2700 not issuing receipt.
Repairs or FOB Reader Problems
For any issues arising from the reader on the entry Pay and Display unit, security will test the machine and then email eservice@precisebi.com. A technician will be dispatched to the site to complete any repairs. An email confirmation will be sent back confirming receipt of the service request.
For any issues relating to FOB access, turn the section titled "Monthly Parking".
The entry point with card reader access is monitored via intercom through our monitoring station on a 24 hour basis. The agents responding to the call will be able to assist with any questions.

We have agreed that enforcement level will be at 7 on a scale of 1-10 (10 being extremely strict). We have agreed to enforce a minimum of two random visits per day.
Monthly Parking: Hang Tags
The Monthly Parking Department will take over the issuing, cancelling and billing for parkers at this site. The information desk will accept the form for transfer to Precise for updates. The FOB changes will be managed at the info desk. The contact information for this department is as follows:

Over the last week of September 2010, students and staff have been provided with new hang tags to access the surface. All changes going forward will be completed via the Monthly Department at Precise ParkLink Inc. There will be no staff available on site. There is an information booth and a security office on site. All parking matters should not be managed by these divisions, however FOB users will have to have changes made to the FOB at the info desk to facilitate their access to the entire building in conjunction with the parking usages. They are there to assist in basic information only.
To add a new parker
(New FOB / Hang Tag provided):
- Complete the form(PDF | Excel) and fax to (416) 241-4690
- Email a completed application form(PDF | Excel) to NHSparkers@precisebi.com
To cancel a parker
- Complete and fax a cancellation form – 30 days notice is required to above fax number.
- Hang Tag access will be cancelled and hang tag is not active.
- Send original cancellation form along with hang tag to mailing address below.
To change parker information
- Complete an application form(PDF | Excel) and fax to monthly department.
- Make a note on the right hand corner of the form that this is a CHANGE only.
- If two plates exist on the current tag, please send the old hang tag back to the address below, once the new tag is received.
Billing will take place on the 15th of every month for the following month.

Part Time Parking: Keyscan FOBs
The Monthly Parking Department will take over the issuing, cancelling and billing for Part Time Parkers at this site. The information desk will make any changes to FOBs at the information desk and relay that info to Precise Monthly Department via instant email. Monthly department will update the changes that Info Desk made.

PINS
PINS may be purchased by authorized personnel for multi use or complimentary parking for guests. They will be paid for by the requesting department of CCNM. PINS purchased and Issued to CCNM Departments will be accumulated in an account for future use by the department that purchased those PINS.

PINS are all day Pay and Display vouchers pre purchased by a department for their guests or visitors. Once your department has been approved by CCNM to use the PIN system, a user name password will be issued to the department user. A PO is required for every purchase of PINS.
The PINS will be reduced from the departments' individual prepaid "bank" that was purchased ahead of time.
To Use The PIN: users will go to the Pay and Display on center entry island, equipped with a pin pad enter the pin and a Pay and Display ticket is automatically dispensed.
The PIN will be active according to the request: for the specified time period or on going period of time but once used it will expire.
