how to dispute your parking invoice
If you have received a Parking Invoice and would like to dispute the charges, you must submit a dispute in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
You have the option of submitting your dispute by mail or email.

Your dispute must include the following documentation:
- A copy of the Parking Invoice that you received. If you no longer have a copy of the parking invoice, be sure to indicate your invoice number and/or the license plate number that was invoiced.
- If applicable, a copy of proof of payment. For example, if you paid for parking you should send in a copy of the receipt that was dispensed from the parking meter or a charge on your credit card statement.
- A brief description of your case.
A decision on whether or not to cancel your Parking Invoice will be made within 30 to 40 business days. You will not be required to pay the 7 day late fee if you send in your dispute within the first 7 days of receiving the parking invoice.
