Precise ParkLink’s marketing and sales team is seeking an administrator primarily to support the administration required for event management, marketing and sales functions.
Location: 100 Floral Parkway, North York, ON M6L 2C5
Preferred Start Date: Monday, February 25, 2019
Pay: Salary, $40,000/ year
Hours: 40 hours per week, 9: 00a.m-5: 00p.m
Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
Self-managed while accurately following instructions
Makes use of time efficiently
Demonstrate initiative and willingness to self-educate
Obtain a positive and professional attitude under high pressure circumstances
Basic active problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities/ Duties:
Event management: perform administrative tasks required for event registration, budget tracking, agenda packages for event attendees, organize marketing collateral required per event, event set up and clean up requiring moving items or boxes
Sales lead management: follow up with and identify qualified leads from online marketing channels, perform administrative tasks required to keep track of incoming online sales leads, follow sales lead distribution criteria.
Perform administrative tasks associated with researching and ordering new marketing material, keep track of and organize current marketing material and catalogue.
Keep track of marketing client contact list, products and services
Administrative tasks as they arise for marketing and sales team.
Preferably University Degree or College Diploma
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience organizing events or trade shows
G grade driver’s license
Ability to lift and pull boxes and large trade show items
