IT Help Desk

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 /hour

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, installation and maintenance of computers and other hardware and software's in the office.

  • Maintain computers and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

  • Complete other duties that may be assigned from time to time

  • Respond to calls for office IT support and assist the Network Administrator in ensuring the network and office computers are running smoothly.

  • May train people to use the organization’s computer system or organize outside training programs, particularly for new software.

  • IT Technical Support usually work a 40-hour week but may work evenings and/or weekends to maintain and repair systems that can only be worked on after normal working hours.

Experience:

  • Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
