Customer Care Associate:

Summary:
Customer Care Associates (CCA) to work at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVRHC) in the City of Barrie. The CCA will provide guidance for patients and their families entering the parking facility and provide customer assistance as needed. This position requires strong customer service support, in a fast-paced environment, involving routine operations for the client's parking facility. This position may also require working various shifts, as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour

Customer Service Skills:

  • Always put on your best face as you are an ambassador to RVRHC

  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations by providing a pleasant and professional tone and manner

  • Maintain safe, healthy and professional workplace environment

  • Provide appropriate assistance to the patients into and out of vehicles

  • Help reduce anxiety for patients and their families visiting RVRHC that are unsure of their destination

  • Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as needed

  • Inform guests with directions and other venue information as needed

  • Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner

  • Adhere to uniform policy

  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures and instructions provided by Precise and Team Lead

  • Assist with traffic flow at entrance roundabouts

  • Assisting patients to volunteer desk for directions

  • Keep an eye open for security risks

  • Courteous with strong customer service skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing;

  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently;

  • Enjoys repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production environment;

  • Skilled in multi-tasking, and provides flexibility to adapt to changes quickly

  • Perform other duties as assigned to improve parking facility operations

Technical Skills & Qualifications: Maintain on-site parking equipment and their functionality

  • Keep all the equipment and surrounding clean, neat and tidy

  • Perform Daily Site Inspections

  • Process cash, credit and debit transactions

  • 1st level equipment repair (training will be provided)

  • Proficient in computer skills, Office and outlook

  • Patrol and issue tickets as required

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
