Monthly Customer Service Representative

Summary:

The Customer Service Monthly Lot Clerk reports to the Monthly Lot / Enforcement Administration Supervisor and is responsible for the daily administration of monthly lot permits.

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $32,000.00 /year

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Issuing monthly lot permits

  • Maintaining both on and off site monthly databases

  • Issuing monthly lot invoices

  • Collecting monthly lot revenues

  • Reconciling monthly lot permits

  • Posting monthly lot revenues

  • Other reasonable duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong mathematical ability,

  • Record-keeping skills,

  • Works well to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent computer skills,

  • Great organizational ability and an eye for detail.

  • Detail oriented, a quick learner, a quick thinker, efficient, has a good attitude and work ethic and have excellent problem solving skills. Results oriented, organized and good Customer Service communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Excel/Word/Access
