Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a maintenance technician to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Burnaby, BC

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour


The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following tasks & Duties:

  • install solar & ac powered parking equipment

  • maintenance and service parking equipment as required (training provided)

  • maintain company tools and assets

  • install signs, curb stops, line painting, pressure washing as required

  • Telephone tech support as required

  • coordinate and record all service calls

  • Comply with all safety practices

  • litter pick up and recycling as required

  • install and assist with installation of AC conduit and communication cabling

  • minor maintenance on company fleet


  • flexible schedule willing to work overtime when required

  • experience with power tools

  • class 5 drivers license

  • experience with small construction jobs and tools

  • physically fit and able to drive up to a 5 ton truck

  • previous forklift experience an asset but will train and certify the right candidate

  • minor experience with welding

  • able to trouble shoot problems

  • work independently and as part of a team

  • willing to travel within BC
