Precise ParkLink Reaches Out to the Citizens of Fort McMurray

Precise ParkLink's heart goes out to its fellow Fort McMurray citizens in need. Latest reports indicate that the wind-driven wildfire being the largest fire in Alberta's history, has now exceeded 10,000 hectares forcing the 80,000 residents of Fort McMurray to evacuate the city.

As a parking partner to the Fort McMurrary International Airport and Canadian Parking Industry leader Precise ParkLink has generously donated $2,500.00 to the Red Cross. The Red Cross has deployed staff and volunteers to support evacuees and has supplied emergency resources such as cots, blankets, personal-hygiene kits and more. The Red Cross has stressed that at this point of the catastrophe financial support is the best way to lend a helping hand. Precise ParkLink encourages it's fellow partners and Canadian businesses to directly donate to the Red Cross as Jenn McManus, the Vice President of the Red Cross has mentioned that gifts in-kind are "very complex and very logistically challenging to operationalize".
