As the year quickly comes to a close, it seems as though virtual events are here to stay.

That isn't stopping BOMA Toronto from hosting its annual NXTEK Forum. The theme for this year's two-day event is FLUX, with a focus on the current state of fluidity in business operations. The event will explore the current and future realities of FLUX and the many tech-related advancements within the commercial real estate industry.

That's not all. We are honoured to be this year's Social Sponsor and a presenter in the TekBlitz keynote speaker segment. Dani Ierullo, Director of Proposal Development at Precise ParkLink, will share how we are making a difference in the world of parking automation with Parkedin™.

Parkedin™ for gated parking facilities is a frictionless solution from start to finish. It is the most cutting edge technology on the global market, paving the way for urban mobility in the years to come. Parkedin™ is a mobile payment app that enables customers to pay for parking in a matter of seconds. Customers have the option to pay for parking by downloading the app or scanning a QR code. Processing everything customers need from the moment they park to their final destination, and everything in between.

Susan Allen, President & CEO of BOMA Toronto, says that this event "marks the launch of BOMA Toronto's leadership role and commitment to providing its members and stakeholders in the CRE Industry with the educational tools and insights needed to engage and discover their place in this journey."

The event starts today, Tuesday, November 24th, to tomorrow, Wednesday, November 25th, from 8 am to 12 pm.

You won't want to miss out, we hope to (virtually) see you there!
