This area averages 50,000 visitors per weekend in the summer months. It is home to an array of tenants, including a local farmers’ market, artisans and over 600 independent businesses. Regulated by a City of Ottawa municipal services corporation named Marchés d'Ottawa Markets, the ByWard Market is a hotspot for both residents of the Ottawa region and visitors alike all year round.

On August 3rd, Precise ParkLink successfully deployed a parking program at 22 York Street that allows the ByWard Market to offer a seamless parking experience for tenants, residents and visitors. This includes best-in-class Skidata parking technology, mobile payment capabilities through Parkedin™, and comprehensive wayfinding signage.
