Toronto-Pearson International Airport, operated by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, is Canada’s single largest and most sophisticated parking operation, and it’s Precise ParkLink’s most important client. We are primarily responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the airport’s parking access and revenue control system, but the relationship has diversified since its inception in 2009 to include the supply and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations and camera-based parking guidance, among other systems.

Carlo, in his capacity as Pearson’s Manager of Parking and Ground Transportation for 22 years, was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the airport’s groundside operations, including an annual operating budget of over $20 million.

Since joining Precise ParkLink in 2024, he leverages that experience and the relationships he’s developed along the way to identify opportunities to further deepen our engagement with the airport. Acting as the primary liaison between our respective organizations with a mandate to cultivate and sustain productive and positive relationships, he works to set and manage expectations, and he’s involved in all high-level communications and strategic negotiations.

Carlo’s people-first management style has earned him a reputation for empowering the teams he leads to step up, take ownership, develop expertise, and represent the organization with confidence. These and the strong personal relationships they engender, he believes, are the foundations of success in any professional setting.

Close connections with those around him are just as important outside of work. Particularly now as he approaches his golden years, he has the time to prioritize friends and family as well as attend concerts and the theatre.
