Since joining Precise ParkLink in 2016, Irene’s responsibilities have evolved dramatically. She started as a bilingual customer service representative based in our Montréal-area office and his since led client demonstrations and training sessions. Today, her responsibilities primarily concern ensuring our clients and their technology deployments are properly supported, all the while remaining heavily involved in integrating third-party solutions and configuring clients’ backoffice environments.

Irene graduated from LaSalle College in 2001 with a diplôme d'études collégiales in fashion design and subsequently worked in the fashion industry as a graphic designer, interpreting the project requirements of clients from across the United States and Canada and producing collection boards that suit their design briefs. Of her many accomplishments in the industry, she’s particularly proud of her involvement in Air Canada’s uniform redesign project throughout 2003 and 2004, where she got to experience first-hand the joy of making a meaningful and lasting impact for her client’s business as well as on the day-to-day experience of the customers they serve.

Whether it’s working in the fashion industry before joining Precise ParkLink or developing and delivering training programs for our clients, Irene is well served by the attention to detail she brings to any project she undertakes. And, benefiting from her varied experiences and the perspectives they’ve given her of how clients’ businesses operate, she appreciates the domino effect that a early failures can have on overall project success, motivating her to spot potential issues well in advance and mitigate them proactively.

Like her husband, who also works for Precise ParkLink, Irene is heavily involved with volunteering in her community, organizing school activities, and coordinating fundraising events. And just as she supports her clients by championing their goals, Irene is a vocal cheerleader at her three boys’ basketball games. At home, she enjoys curling up with her two Boston terriers while still keeping an eye on the latest fashion and culinary trends.
