Precise ParkLink Awarded Managed Parking Service And Technology Provider For Leaside Centre

Precise ParkLink is proud to announce that we have been awarded as managed parking service and technology providers for Leaside Centre. Located in Toronto, ON, the Leaside Centre is an industrial landmark in the heart of the city that has seen significant redevelopment to meet the community's growing needs. It will soon transform into a gateway for the surrounding area and will offer commercial, residential, retail, civic and green spaces for all to enjoy.
Managed by RioCan REIT, the Centre has been under redevelopment since 2016, with expected completion in 2025. Over the past five years, Leaside has faced a series of challenges relating to its existing parking infrastructure. As they experienced a significant influx of external contractors and non-retail customers utilizing their parking, the amount of parking available for internal contractors and anticipated retail customers was reduced.
That is where Precise ParkLink came in. On April 1st, 2021, Precise ParkLink successfully deployed a parking program that allows the Leaside Centre to offer a seamless parking experience for retail customers and staff.
Paid customer parking using Parkedin, a mobile payment platform, is now enforced, ensuring parking is available for staff and customers to the Leaside Centre. In addition to parking enforcement services, Precise ParkLink created a customized validation program designed to provide three hours of complimentary parking. Their parking program also includes Precise ParkLink’s Interactive Parking Access Subscriber System (IPASS) and Validation Parking Access Subscriber System (VPASS) that allows staff to register for parking on a daily or monthly basis through license plate recognition software.
